H+P:A partnered with Uncle Julio’s to develop over 30 locations across 12 states starting from the original restaurant in Dallas, TX. New locations ranged from 8,000 sf tenant improvements to 12,000 sf stand-alone restaurants. As Uncle Julio’s grew, H+P:A assisted in prototype development as Uncle Julio’s developed their national brand.
Role: Project Architect, Designer, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration.
IMT Residences at Riata (Now DK Riata)
Austin, TX
One of IMT Residential's first new developments in Texas, this community features a total of 307 units, comprising 271 three-story residential units and 36 two-story townhomes. The residences are distributed across 17 buildings, offering a range of densities and diverse living experiences. This design fosters a vibrant community atmosphere while accommodating various lifestyle preferences.
